We have listed a few services here that we run, so we are familiar with the pricing, which is why we have listed our business services here. Other services are available from third-party vendors, and we have agreements with them to provide them to you.
What I’d like to share with you is that we’re currently working on the Shopify platform and need resources to do so. We are having difficulty finding good employees with extensive Shopify experience, and even if we do find one, we are unable to pay the salary they requested. Also, we were all working from home, and because we couldn’t communicate well with our employees, we missed all of our deadlines, which disappointed our clients, so we closed down WFH. We reasoned that employees could demand a slightly lower salary if they worked from home because they wouldn’t have to pay for housing, food, and other expenses. However, nothing changed, so we decided to hire on-site workers.
Also, there is speculation that if we ask employees to work in the office, they will decline, so we have decided not to hire experienced employees for the time being until our finances improve. To get our job done right now, we only have one option: hire freshers and train them in Shopify. We believe that this process will result in a sufficient number of employees to work on the Shopify platform. We reasoned that we could create good resources by training them in the skills we required so they could work on our projects. Anyway, when we hired experienced candidates in other domains, we used to train them, so we decided to train freshers and hire them.
It should be noted that freshers should have completed 3 or 6 months of training in either HTML/CSS/jQuery/PHP/Java. As I previously stated, we do not have a dedicated trainer in our office; however, our employees will guide you with online materials, so it is up to you to prepare to learn Shopify on your own. The first week, our employees will teach you about Shopify and what you need to know to create themes and apps, after which you will be on your own.
You are not required to pay us for this training, or we will not pay you. This is completely free training. If you are capable of working on production within one or two months, we will hire you as a full-time employee. Saturday and Sunday are strictly off, with only 8 hours of work per day.
We will divide you into three teams based on your skill level.
UI Developer who is familiar with HTML/CSS/Adobe XD
UI Developers who understand HTML/CSS/jQuery
Backend Developers who understand jQuery/Liquid
We will offer enterprise-level training to work on large projects for this kind of team.
